How does downloading work with the All Access Pass?

If you don't want to buy a product itself, you can get an All Access Pass to download the products you want. Downloading with the All Access Pass grants you a Standard License for the downloaded projects, not other licenses (Unlimited or Commercial).

Do I get access to all products?

Accepted Answer

Access depends on your plan tier. Users on the Hobby (free) plan, which is active by default upon signup, only get access to free tier products. Users on the Plus plan get access to base and free tier products. These plans (Pro, Enterprise, and Lifetime) get access to all templates across all tiers, subject to their download limits.

Do I get access to source files?

Yes, you get the source code of the templates and the original Figma and Sketch files for products where described.

What are the download limits for each plan?

Accepted Answer

Plus plan has a limit of 10 items. Pro plan has a limit of 80 items. Enterprise and Lifetime plans have unlimited downloads.

Are the All Access plans recurring subscriptions?

Accepted Answer

The Enterprise plan is a recurring annual subscription (charged yearly). Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.

What do free updates include?

Free updates include updates to all individually purchased products. It does not include updates for products downloaded via the All Access Pass. To download updates for those products, you must be on an active plan.

Yes, we occasionally drop free to download templates. Subscribe to our newsletter to get notified.

What is your support policy?

We do not provide support by default for Hobby, Plus, and Pro plans, but users on these plans can purchase support for a project as an add-on. Enterprise plan includes Basic support, and Lifetime plan includes Dedicated support.
